Our shipments are made by DHL express INSURED.

The total shipping cost is automatically calculated once you enter the shipping address on the checkout page of the online store. Any customs duties for non-EU customers are charged to the customer.

The shipment of available products can take place within 5 days from the date of the order, unavailable products are shipped within 21 days depending on the production times and except for unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of cecilacapuano.com.

We invite customers to check the shipping times shown on each product page before proceeding with the order.
Orders placed after noon (12.00), on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

The unavailability of one or more products is indicated correctly before purchase. Products that are not immediately available can still be ordered, but may take longer to ship due to production time.

Shipments are usually handled by the courier DHL, but ceciliacapuano. com may reserve the right to entrust the shipment to a different courier. Customers will be accurately informed by email of the courier's name and their tracking number once the order is processed.

You can track your shipment on the courier's website with the waybill number (tracking number) sent by email once your order is shipped. Please note that the waybill number will be sent to the email address used for the purchase.

The goods are shipped with insured shipping. In case of damage during shipment, we ask the customer to contact us at the e-mail address studio@ceciliacapuano.com within 7 days from the delivery date. Please save all packaging, goods and invoices in order for us to verify the damage and process the claim. We will contact you to define the procedure.

If there is any damage during shipping, we will send a new item as a replacement for the damaged one. The replacement of the goods will take place within 30 days of the customer's notice and only after receiving the damaged item to be sent to:
